ZeroAds converts public podcast RSS feeds into a personalized, ad-free listening experience for paid members. We collect the data needed to run the service: account details (email), subscription status, the podcasts you add to your library, and, if you arrived from an ad, which ad brought you here. We do not sell or rent your data.

What we collect

  • Account info (email, username if provided).
  • Subscription status and plan (via Stripe).
  • Library metadata (feeds you add) and processing status (ad removal progress).
  • Site analytics via Google Analytics: page views and general usage on zeroads.ai, including the blog.
  • How you found us, captured once on your first visit: the site that referred you, the page you landed on, and any ad click IDs or campaign tags in the URL (from Google, Meta, or Reddit ads).

How we use your data

To operate ZeroAds (generate your RSS, process episodes, and support billing). We share necessary data with our processors: Stripe (payments) and our processing backend. If an ad brought you here and you later subscribe, we report that subscription back to the platform the ad ran on (Google, Meta, or Reddit) so we know which ads pay for themselves. That report carries the ad click ID, the price you paid, and your email as a one-way hash. Your library and listening activity stay with us; ad platforms never see them.

Your controls

  • Delete feeds at any time from your library.
  • Cancel your membership from the billing portal (Stripe).
  • Request data export or deletion by emailing support [at] zeroads.ai.
